Job Overview

We are establishing a dedicated Training Academy to develop skilled talent for the Amusement &Entertainment industry. We are seeking an experienced professional who can design, implement,and deliver training strategies and programs that set industry benchmarks. This role requires abalance of strategic vision, operational execution, and hands-on facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Strategy Implementation
  • Develop comprehensive training syllabus and modules across all areas:
  • Ride operations & guest services
  • Installation process, technical & maintenance
  • Safety, first aid & compliance
  • Sales, marketing & customer service
  • Leadership & soft skills
  • Manpower source and Structure end to end .
  • Other Responsibility as per Business Requirement
  • Implement structured training strategies aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Training Development & Delivery
  • Create training material including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning content.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions while mentoring and supporting a team of trainers.
  • Introduce innovative learning methods for a diverse workforce.
  • Systems & Evaluation
  • Establish systems for training effectiveness, assessments, and certifications.
  • Track and improve training outcomes with measurable KPIs.
  • Industry Engagement
  • Collaborate with industry experts, associations, and global bodies to integrate best practices.
  • Stay updated on trends in amusement, hospitality, and entertainment sectors to keep
training relevant.

Skills Required

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 6–12 years’ experience in amusement parks,
FECs, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Proven expertise in training design, delivery, and strategy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, safety protocols, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and people development skills.
  • Passionate about building talent and driving organizational growth.
