Job Description

We are establishing a dedicated Training Academy to develop skilled talent for the Amusement &
Entertainment industry. We are seeking an experienced professional who can design, implement, and deliver training strategies and programs that set industry benchmarks. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and hands-on facilitation.

Responsibilities:

Design & Strategy Implementation

o Develop comprehensive training syllabus and modules across all areas: o Ride operations & guest services o Installation process, technical & maintenance o Safety, first aid & compliance o Sales, marketing & customer service o Leadership & soft skills o Manpower source and Structure end to end . o Other Responsibility as per Business Requirement

Implement structured training strategies aligned with industry standards and organizational

goals.

Training Development & Delivery o Create training material including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning content. o Deliver impactful training sessions while mentoring and supporting a team of trainers. o Introduce innovative learning methods for a diverse workforce.
