Designation: Manager – Learning & Development

Reporting to: Head – Human Resources

Direct Reportees: All Dealership Trainers

Our Client : A Leading Integrated Automobile Dealership Organization.

Job Location : Kochi, Kerala

Job Profile :

The primary purpose of the role is to strategize, implement and oversee the Learning & Development activities across various divisions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement L&D strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Build strong partnerships with business verticals to understand challenges and learning needs.
• Develop and drive capability-building programs across functions.
• Assess individual and organizational development needs and create customized learning plans.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and workshops to strengthen the training team and ensure scalability.
• Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to build required competencies.
• Source, evaluate, and recommend external vendors/partners for learning solutions.
• Prepare and manage the L&D budget.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards/SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations to implement programs that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR to design and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support and participate in other organizational development initiatives as needed.

Desired Candidate :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Diploma/PG Diploma in Training & Development preferred.
• 12–15 years in Learning & Development or Operations.
• Minimum 3 years leading the L&D function in a large organization.
• Expertise in developing training content (both soft skills and leadership), and delivering sessions.
