Manager - Learning & Development

As an experienced professional in the Learning & Development/Operations domain, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing various Learning & Development strategies and programs to align with the organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with operational teams to create training programs aimed at enhancing employee productivity and efficiency. - Conducting organizational & individual needs analysis to tailor customized training plans that develop the required competencies within teams. - Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to empower teams to achieve greater results. - Ensuring compliance with various Training certifications as proposed by MSIL. - Regularly reviewing SOPs in coordination with operational teams and conducting audits to maintain adherence to quality standards. - Driving digital adoption through the development of training programs that enhance employee skills in new technology tools and digital processes. - Partnering with the HR team to initiate and implement various employee engagement programs. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or any equivalent field. A Diploma/postgraduate diploma in Training & Development would be an added advantage. You should possess 10-12 years of experience in Learning & Development/Operations, with at least 3 years of experience in leading the L & D function of a large organization.
