Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux/mac os. To provide support for desktop, laptops, servers, thin clients, tablets, printers, attendance devices, all other IT related hardware. Install and configure enterprise software applications. Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Perform regular updates, patches, and security configurations. Manage system, database backup & disaster recovery strategies. Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall security. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Monitor and optimize network performance. Implement and maintain security policies, including antivirus & access controls. Conduct regular Branch IT audits and actions with TAT. Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. IT inventory Management, documentation and training materials for end-users. IT infrastructure Deployment and maintenance. Coordination with Vendors for warranty, AMC and other IT related support.
