Role Overview: As a Manager Learning & Development, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the training and development programs within the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technical trainers are delivering high-quality sessions and that the training schedule is effectively managed. Your effective communication skills and technical expertise will be key in coordinating with stakeholders and creating engaging class sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Screen the technical trainers based on their delivery capabilities - Coordinate with stakeholders for technical calls and interviews - Develop and create class sessions for training programs - Manage the training schedule to ensure timely delivery - Understand and oversee the business deliveries related to the training programs Qualifications Required: - Technical education is a must, such as BE in CS or IS, MCA, BCA, B.Sc CS, or Diploma in CS - Prior experience working as a faculty in a training center or educational institute, specifically teaching .Net or Java or other IT skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken - Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the field Additional Details: N/A,
