Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the Contract Staffing business and lead the development and management of the team. You will be accountable for the profitability, growth, budgeting, and operational aspects of the Staffing business. Your duties will include managing the performance of team members, providing necessary interventions and training as required. It is essential to stay informed about labour legislation and other statutory acts related to Staffing. One of your key objectives will be to expand the company's client base by securing new business and onboarding new customers. This will involve engaging with various stakeholders from different industries and domains to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in IT Recruitment and experience in managing accounts or coordinating with customers. Proficiency in written and oral communication in English is crucial for effective interaction with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of industry experience and a good understanding of Data Science & Analytics products and technologies.,
