Manager - Learning & Development

As an experienced Training and Development professional, your role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employees" skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will be serving as the HR Business Partner for the Faridabad office. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop comprehensive training plans. - Designing, delivering, and assessing training programs through various mediums such as classroom sessions, online modules, or blended learning approaches. - Collaborating effectively with subject matter experts to create relevant training content and develop materials, manuals, and resources. - Conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs tailored to meet specific business requirements. - Measuring training effectiveness through the analysis of metrics and feedback from participants. - Utilizing ATL / RaPL and other E-learning platforms to facilitate continuous learning and development. - Managing training budgets efficiently and fostering strong relationships with learning partners. - Adapting organizational learning strategies to keep pace with evolving industry trends. - Cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and growth within the organization. - Remaining up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training programs.,
