The Corporate Office in Kochi is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Learning & Development Manager. As the ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or any equivalent field. Additionally, possessing a Diploma/post-graduate diploma in Training & Development would be considered an added advantage. With a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Learning & Development/Operations domain, including at least 3 years of experience leading the L & D function in a large organization, you will play a crucial role in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and implementing various Learning & Development strategies and programs that align with the organizational goals. - Collaborating with operational teams to create training programs aimed at enhancing employee productivity and efficiency. - Conducting organizational and individual needs analysis to tailor training plans that develop the necessary competencies within teams. - Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and development to empower teams to achieve superior results. - Ensuring compliance with Training certifications as proposed by MSIL. - Regularly reviewing SOPs in collaboration with the operational team and conducting audits to maintain quality standards. - Promoting digital adoption by devising training programs that enhance employee skills in new technology tools and digital processes. - Partnering with the HR team to launch and execute various employee engagement programs.
