Job Description

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT support staff, fostering skill development and accountability.

Service Desk Oversight: Manage ticketing systems, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Troubleshooting: Handle escalated hardware/software/network issues and guide root cause analysis.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine support workflows, documentation, and escalation protocols.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to understand IT needs and improve service delivery.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external providers for hardware/software procurement and support.

Compliance & Security: Ensure support practices align with ITIL, ZTNA, and cybersecurity standards.

Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs like SLA adherence, CSAT scores, and ticket resolution times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • IT infra admin: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
