Working Days & Time

Monday to Saturday. 2nd & 4th Saturday Off | 9.30 am 6.30 pm Location Andheri East, Mumbai.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager with over 10 years of experience to manage and maintain our organizations IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, including servers, networking, cloud environments, and Microsoft 365. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of all IT systems, infrastructure upgrades, and supporting both hardware and software environments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud systems.
• Ensure the secure and reliable functioning of all infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
• Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system changes with minimal downtime.

Microsoft 365 Management:

• Manage the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services, including user management, security, and data compliance.

Server & Network Administration:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of servers (Windows/Linux) and ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
• Conduct regular audits of infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Disaster Recovery & Backup:
• Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring regular backups of critical systems and data.
• Plan and test recovery procedures, and address any system failures or downtime swiftly.
• Ensure high availability and continuity of IT services across the organization.

Vendor & Team Management:

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of IT infrastructure components.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and infrastructure support services.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and training as needed. Security & Compliance:
• Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, ISO standards, etc.) and conduct regular security audits.
• Monitor and assess potential risks, implementing preventive measures against cyber threats.

Desired Profile Expertise:

• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with network security, firewall management, VPNs, and data backup solutions.

Education / Experience Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in server administration, networking, and cloud services.
