The Risk and Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the risk management and compliance program within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field.
• A masters degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CRM, CCEP) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance officer or risk management role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
