Responsibilities Oversee the complete IT infrastructure: servers, endpoints, storage, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, etc. Lead the planning and execution of upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Implement and enforce security protocols (endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, access controls, etc.). Manage and support a hybrid environment (on-premises + cloud infrastructure). Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure 99.9% uptime. Lead a team of IT support personnel and ensure timely resolution of IT issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies, documentation, disaster recovery plans, and network diagrams. Vendor management - procurement, negotiations, SLA tracking. Collaborate with department heads to understand tech needs and support business goals. Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN), virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cybersecurity. Strong knowledge of endpoint protection systems, network segmentation, and zero-trust principles. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP, MCSE, CISSP, PMP, etc. Proven experience managing large-scale IT environments with 200+ endpoints Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
