Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and key plant-level positions.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Oversee attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.

3. Performance Management:

  • Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system.
  • Guide HODs in setting KRAs/KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and recommend high performers for development programs.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives at the corporate level.
  • Support employee welfare activities, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvement actions.

5. Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Develop and update HR policies and SOPs as per company standards.
  • Handle audits and coordinate with external agencies for compliance verification.

6. Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and feedback.
  • Plan and execute training programs for managerial and staff-level employees.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

7. Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Support management in HR strategy formulation and organizational restructuring.
  • Drive HR digitalization and process improvements across units.
  • Provide data-driven insights for HR dashboards and management reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
