Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR professionalto join our Corporate HR team as Lead Performance & Rewards . This individualcontributor role will be responsible for managing key elements ofperformance management and compensation & benefits at the group level. Theposition is best suited for an ambitious HR professional with 24 years ofexperience and a postgraduate degree from a premier B-school such asMDI, SCMHRD, NMIMS, IMT, IMI, XISS, SIBM, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

• Drive the execution of the annual performance management cycle goal setting, mid-year reviews, final evaluations, and calibrations.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment of performance timelines and guidelines across business units.
• Analyze performance data to identify insights on talent productivity, development needs, and succession risks.
• Support capability building initiatives around performance feedback and leadership behavior.

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in structuring annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and budgeting exercises.
• Coordinate with external partners for compensation surveys and market benchmarking studies.
• Support variable pay calculations, retention programs, and compliance of C & B policies.
• Contribute to refining C & B policies to reflect evolving workforce and industry dynamics.

Recognition & Engagement

• Manage recognition programs and suggest enhancements based on employee experience data and business feedback.
• Track participation, effectiveness, and alignment of rewards with performance outcomes.

HR Analytics & Governance

• Generate dashboards, reports, and insights for management reviews and strategic HR decisions.
• Maintain HR data integrity across systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox).
• Support internal and external audits related to compensation and performance practices.

Desired Profile

• Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-schools (e.g., MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM, NMIMS, XISS, IMT, IMI).
• Experience : 24 years in performance management, compensation & benefits, or total rewards, preferably in large or mid-sized corporate environments.
• Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms (DB, Comport, SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
