Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support across teams in Kerala.
Manage end-to-end
HRBP activities
from workforce planning and talent acquisition to retention and performance management.
Lead
sales hiring
and ensure a steady talent pipeline.
Drive employee engagement, development, and culture-building initiatives.
Support compensation reviews, succession planning, and compliance processes.
Provide data-driven insights to improve HR effectiveness and workforce productivity.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
Strong exposure to
sales hiring
and regional HR operations.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources.
