Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and long-term goals. 2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs. 3. Learning and Development Identify training and development needs across departments and design learning interventions accordingly. 4. Performance Management Align individual KPIs with organizational goals to drive accountability and results. 5. Employee Relations and Engagement Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and in a timely manner. 6. HR Policy, Compliance, and Governance Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements. 7. Digital HR and HR Analytics Generate dashboards and reports for senior management to monitor key HR KPIs. 8. Leadership and Team Management Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HR team. Ensure continuous development of HR staff through coaching, training, and succession planning.
