Qualification : CA, (additional Qualification of MBA / CS is desirable)

Team Size : 10-15 People

Software : SAP S4 HANA exposure preferred

Job Description-

Candidate should have exposure / experience in / of

1. Managing Accounts of Public Listed Company

a. Prepare

i. Financials - profit and loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow

Management (Projected & Actual) as required by monthly, Quarterly &

Yearly by management and for Filling with Stock Exchange

ii. Annual budget and annual business plan,

iii. Financial Planning, strategy & reports

iv. Business MIS

v. Product Costing

b. Monitor

i. Routine accounting of the organisation

ii. Month End Reports

iii. A/c Payable & Receivable

iv. Budget (CAPEX/OPEX) & Provide variance analysis & Actual

v. Costing

c. Compliance to Indian Accounting Standards - IND AS

d. Finalization of Annual Accounts

2. Working Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation

a. Computation of liabilities under Direct and Indirect Taxes

b. Represent the company to Tax Authorities along with Consultants

c. Monitor Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance

3. Independently manage Audits

a. External / statutory audit

b. Tax Audit

c. Cost Audit

d. Bank Audit

e. Internal Audit

4. Communications / Liasioning with

a. Interacting with banks, financial institution

b. Vendors,

c. Government authorities and

d. other third parties dealing with the company

5. Banking and Treasury

a. Should be able to prepare Financial Model, CMA

b. Preparation of Banking Proposals

c. Security Creation

d. Yearly Renewal of Banking Facilities

6. Should be Team Player and have skills of Team Management
