Role Overview: As the HR Manager at GNIOT Institute Of Management Studies, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of human resource management to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function and support the college's objectives in fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall college goals. - Manage recruitment and staffing processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring. - Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, discipline, and performance issues. - Manage training and development programs for faculty and staff. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and college policies. - Develop and maintain a positive working culture within the college. - Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and performance evaluations. - Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. - Knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.,
