Role & responsibilities

TO have effective manpower planning and ensure availability of the same for production

Recruitment & Selection source , screen and recommend candidates as manpower requirement

Induction conduct orientation of new employees. Educate them on policies, practices

and systems followed in the organization. Ensure proper hand holding of new joiners

Attendance Management Ensure timely submission of attendance records of permanent & contract employees.

Performance Management System Administer yearly appraisal cycle

Training & Development conduct training programs as per the requirement

Maintain Disciplined & harmonious relations- Create and maintain a positive work

environment and prevent social conflicts, developing network and adequate communication with employees.

Contract Labour - Contractor statutory compliances, Contractor Management, Labour availability according to the requirements from the departments. Manage Contract renewals and amendments

Fulfill the requirement of statutory compliances on timely basis with respect to applicability of laws.

Liasoning - Liasoning with the local Govt. departments of Chief Inspector of Factories,

Labour Department, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance etc.

Prepare; Maintain MIS for HR functions like recruitment, Payroll and Full; final settlement.

Provide; upkeep the facilities like Housekeeping, security and general admin

Preferred candidate profile

Exp : 10 to 18Post Graduation/ Masters in Human Resources / Personnel Management/ Labour Studies
