Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure timely performance management and appraisals, including KPIs, goal setting, and employee development plans. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management in accordance with labor laws. Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Manage payroll processing in coordination with the accounts/finance department. Oversee training & development programs to upskill employees and support career progression. Administrative Responsibilities: Supervise general administrative functions such as facility management, office supplies, vendor coordination, and housekeeping. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements in the workplace. Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and logistics. Oversee asset management, company vehicles, and security protocols. Manage and maintain company records, legal documentation, and internal communications. Lead the planning and implementation of administrative systems to improve efficiency. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
