Role & responsibilities Overall accountability of US subsidiary companies of Kusalava Group. Preparation and analysis of financial statements of US companies. Visit to US every half year to manage and audit the US entities and report to the Management. Cash flow, funds flow and working capital management. MIS reports to Management on a monthly basis. Knowledge of US GAAP and Indian GAAP. All statutory compliances management - Updating on various Acts from time to time. Communication with Internal and external auditors. Liaisoning with internal and external departments on various compliances and financial statements Desired Candidate Profile - Strong financial analysis background and good understanding of US Acts and policies. Ready to learn quickly and implement them in work. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be well versed in MS office with good proficiency in EXCEL. Statutory Compliance Responsible for meeting all the statutory requirements like, Provident Fund, ESIC, Factory License, Renewal of Labour License and Factory Licenses, Property Tax and agreements etc and timely submission of Contractor Labour act. Strict Implementation of Contract Labour Act. Co-ordinate with factory inspectors & electrical inspector and submits all relevant records during the inspection time and updation of any amendments. Representing department in all statutory audits and inspections from various statutory bodies, internal audits, and compliance audits. Ensuring the implementation of statutory compliance report to the corporate office. Administration and Liasioning Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs Handling complete facilities and infra structure of office and liasioning with contractors and interiors for the same. Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipments, Maintenance procurement, Housekeeping. Strictly implementation of cost reduction in department expenditure. Event Management, Organizing Meetings, Conferences, Making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests. Supervise and manage all day to day office administrative activities. (Electrical & Electronic Maintenance of ACs, Telephones, EPBAX, Cafeteria Maintenance, Garden Maintenance, Other admin activities.) Negotiating for finalizing service agreements with contractors for execution of servicing works as per budget parameters. Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
