About the Role

alent acquisition and HR operations

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

HR Operations

Oversee day-to-day HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
Implement and monitor HR policies and processes ensuring alignment with labor laws.
Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmations, transfers, exits).
Ensure accurate HR documentation and MIS reporting.

Employee Engagement & Development

Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR-related matters.
Support performance management systems, appraisals, and capability-building initiatives.
Handle employee grievances with maturity and confidentiality.
Foster a positive work culture, promoting retention and engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in
recruitment and HR operations

Sound knowledge of
HR compliance and statutory requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Maturity in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
