• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to mobilize resources from corporates (CSR), foundations, HNIs, and international donor/donors.
• Build and manage strong donor relationships through regular communication, reporting, and impact sharing.
• Identify new funding opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and manage end-to-end fundraising cycles.
• Collaborate with program teams to design impactful projects aligned with donor priorities.
• Represent CES at donor meetings, CSR forums, and networking events to enhance visibility.
• Ensure compliance, transparency, and timely donor reporting.
• Ready to deliver any other responsibilities given by Head Office.
• Strong track record of securing funds from corporates, CSR partners, foundations, and philanthropic networks.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to network and build long-term donor partnerships.
• Knowledge of CSR regulations, donor compliances, and reporting systems.
• Passion for social development and alignment with CES’s mission.
Competitive, aligned with industry standards and commensurate with experience.
