Position Overview: The Manager – Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving the resource mobilization efforts of Charvi Empowerment Society (CES) . This role involves developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying new donor opportunities, and building sustainable partnerships with corporates (CSR), foundations, philanthropists, and international agencies. The position requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in fundraising for social development initiatives across diverse themes such as education, skill development, women empowerment, healthcare, agriculture, environment, WASH, and sustainable community development. The Manager will work closely with the leadership team to design impactful proposals, manage donor relations, and ensure transparency and accountability in fund utilization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and passionate advocate for social change , capable of representing CES at various national and international platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to mobilize resources from corporates (CSR), foundations, HNIs, and international donor/donors. • Build and manage strong donor relationships through regular communication, reporting, and impact sharing. • Identify new funding opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and manage end-to-end fundraising cycles. • Collaborate with program teams to design impactful projects aligned with donor priorities. • Represent CES at donor meetings, CSR forums, and networking events to enhance visibility. • Ensure compliance, transparency, and timely donor reporting. • Ready to deliver any other responsibilities given by Head Office.
