Position Overview:

Manager Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to mobilize resources from corporates (CSR), foundations, HNIs, and international donor/donors.

Build and manage strong donor relationships through regular communication, reporting, and impact sharing.

Identify new funding opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and manage end-to-end fundraising cycles.

Collaborate with program teams to design impactful projects aligned with donor priorities.

Represent CES at donor meetings, CSR forums, and networking events to enhance visibility.

Ensure compliance, transparency, and timely donor reporting.

Ready to deliver any other responsibilities given by Head Office.
