Company Description The Climate Project Foundation, an independent branch of The Climate Reality Project (International), was established in March 2008. The foundation is dedicated to spreading awareness about climate change and creating future leaders through programs like the Green Campus Program. The India and South Asia branch supports over 1500+ trained Climate Reality Leaders from India and the South Asia region and approximately 1000 volunteers spread throughout the country. The organization develops educational content to encourage climate action and works closely with partners to strengthen India’s Paris commitments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Fundraising, located in New Delhi, India. The Manager - Fundraising will be responsible for devising and executing fundraising initiatives, maintaining relationships with donors, and seeking new fundraising opportunities. Daily tasks include developing grant proposals, coordinating events, managing donor databases, and preparing fundraising reports. The role will involve working closely with the communication and program teams to align fundraising efforts with the organization's mission and goals. Qualifications 5+ year of experience in developing and executing fundraising strategies and managing donor relationships Strong grant writing, proposal development, and report preparation skills Proven ability to organize and manage fundraising events Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using donor management software and databases Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners Knowledge of climate change and sustainability issues is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related field Prior experience in a similar fundraising role is mandatory How to apply ?
