The Climate Reality Project - India & South Asia branch, also known as The Climate Project Foundation (TCPF), is an independent branch of The Climate Reality Project (International) established in 2009. It focuses on climate change awareness through training sessions, education programs, and flagship initiatives like the Green Campus Program, which promotes sustainability in educational institutions. Supporting over 1,500 trained Climate Reality Leaders and 1,000 volunteers in India and South Asia, the organization drives climate action and strengthens India's Paris commitments. TCPF works closely with partners to create educational content to inspire action against climate change.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Manager - Corporate Relations & Fundraising. The manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate partnerships, managing business relationships to promote organizational goals, executing fundraising activities effectively, preparing financial proposals, and securing funding opportunities. The individual will also collaborate with various stakeholders to meet fundraising targets and contribute to the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management
• Strong Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration
• Experience in Finance, with a focus on budgeting, financial planning, and fund management
• Proven skills in Sales and negotiation to develop and secure funding opportunities
• Self-driven and goal-oriented professional with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Prior experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or similar roles is advantageous

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience.
