Job Description

Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan aligned with company goals.
Source, screen, and engage and convert potential franchise partners.
Conduct presentations and meetings to educate candidates on the business model and franchise opportunity.
Manage the franchisee application and approval process from initial contact through to agreement signing.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize franchise agreements and ensure compliance with franchise guidelines
Oversee a seamless onboarding process in coordination with training and operations teams
Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify expansion opportunities
Provide data-driven insights to refine expansion strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact during the expansion and setup phases
Report regularly to senior management on progress against expansion targets.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly franchise development KPIs

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong market research capabilities.
Understanding of franchise laws, regulations, and legal agreements.
Ability to travel as required for market visits and franchisee meetings.
