Manager Finance

PVR POWERCON PVT LTD

The Manager for finance will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, Candidate would be working on Substation & Transmission Line projects from the development stage to construction support.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, corporate policies, and internal controls

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST filings, GST reconciliation, and notices
• Handle TDS/TCS compliance, returns, and challans
• Support Income Tax assessments, advance tax calculations, and audits
• Ensure timely regulatory filings under the Companies Act

Audit

• Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries
• Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Cash flow planning and working capital management
• Support management in strategic financial decisions

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments, invoice verification, and expense control
• Monitor customer receivables, ageing analysis, and collection follow-up

Banking & Treasury

• Manage bank accounts, payments, reconciliations
• Coordinate with banks for facilities, documentation, and credit lines
• Support treasury operations and fund management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Chartered Accountant or CMA: 3 years (Preferred)
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Qualified CMA: 3 years (Preferred)
