About the role:


Manager- Field Marketing


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.
  • Create & manage the demand generation plan with a mix of email marketing, digital, social, events, webinars etc.
  • Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for prospects & customers to drive lead generation for APAC MEA market and generate pipeline against bookings goal.
  • Work with sales and sales management to understand the challenges faced in the Event management software selling process and develop programs and tools to drive growth.
  • Work with marketing and sales management to improve mid & bottom funnel conversion.
  • Work with shared marketing services teams to execute associated marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage partner and alliance marketing activities.
  • Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understand target segments to evolve and help execute the marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create market specific collateral, presentations, sales enablement assets.
  • Analyze, benchmark, and report on campaigns and marketing tactics, including monthly and quarterly reviews.


What You Will Need for this Position:


  • MBA degree from a reputed B-school.
  • 9+ years of marketing experience with software, SaaS-based, or technology products in the B2B space. Work with marketing and sales management to improve mid funnel conversion.
  • Experience in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing programs.
  • Sound knowledge of content& digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, and other marketing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and other tools, such as Marketo, Clarizen preferred.
