We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager-FCD

Business: Global Finance Centre Delivery

Principal responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Qlik Sense dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into effective data visualizations.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Design teams to gather, analyze, and validate data needs.
• Build optimized data models and scripts to ensure performance and scalability.
• Conduct feasibility analysis (quantitative and qualitative) for new reporting use cases.
• Apply and promote best practices in Qlik Sense development, and data governance.
• Ensure dashboards meet compliance, usability, and performance standards.
• Support Production defects, FT, and UAT across development cycles.
• Support change programs by delivering insights that inform key decisions.
• Continuously improve existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers or business users.

Qualification

• Strong hands-on experience (7-10 yrs) in QS development, including data modeling, scripting, and dashboard design.
• Solid understanding of BI concepts, data visualization principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective visual solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets from various data sources.
• Familiarity with Finance domain concepts and regulatory reporting is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Design.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and change management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to version control tools like Git.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and commonly used functions will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Experience with NPrinting for report distribution.
• Knowledge of Qlik Application Automation or other automation tools.
• Understanding of data security and section access implementation.
• Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (optional but beneficial).
