Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead export sales for industrial products (tubes, fin tubes, boiler tubes, heat-exchanger applications, carbon/alloy steel tubes).
Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and corporate customers.
Manage end-to-end export cycle: enquiry handling, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Handle export documentation: Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, LC coordination, Bill of Lading, COO, TPI/IBR/TC requirements, inspection coordination, and logistics.
Coordinate with production, QC, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely exports.
Build strong long-term relationships with international clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.
Monitor global pricing, competitor activity, and market trends.
Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual buyerseller meetings.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and statutory norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in B2B export sales within engineering, metal, industrial, EPC, OEM, or similar sectors.
Experience with tubes/pipes/boilers/heat exchangers or mechanical/industrial components is preferred.
Mechanical Engineering background is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international trade terms (INCOTERMS).
Excellent communication skills for global customer handling.
Ability to manage multiple regions, pipelines, and accounts simultaneously.
Must be open to international & domestic travel as required.
