Job Description

Basic Function

  • Hands-on development and engineering for automation, AI-driven solutions, and workplace orchestration.
  • Collaboration with BU leaders to

    translate business problems into technology solutions

    .
  • Continuous exploration of modern workplace trends and application within our enterprise context.
  • Design and build automation workflows and applications (Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Develop and support Copilot/AI agent solutions to boost productivity and surface insights.
  • Conduct environment-specific use case discovery and assessment.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration across workplace systems (via Logic Apps, Functions, APIs).
  • Integrate and automate cross-system workflows (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, endpoint telemetry).
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Enable adoption via documentation, training, and change support.
  • Continuously explore and prototype emerging workplace technologies and new use cases.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Build and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Create, configure, and deploy Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases. Lowcode/nocode platform, orchestation
  • Integrate AI models (including Azure OpenAI Service) into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Azure services) for a unified employee experience.
  • Continuously identify and assess

    new use cases

    within our environment, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.
  • Leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows across cloud and on-prem platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with

    enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards

    in solution design.
  • Create technical documentation, adoption guides, and knowledge articles to drive solution usage.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 7+ years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of

    building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration

    in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Candidate should be having knowledge and working experience on listed core technical skillset or technology domains:
  • Automation & AI:

    Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure Logic Apps, infrastructure automation (ARM Templates, Terraform), workflow orchestration patterns

    and Microsoft Copilot agent creation and integrations.

  • Monitoring:

    Digital Experience Monitoring tools (e.g., Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink) for endpoint telemetry and user experience metrics.
  • AI/Assistive Technologies:

    Copilot integrations, AI agent enablement (e.g., custom copilots for workplace scenarios), and incorporation of generative AI functionality into productivity workflows.
  • Scripting and Automation Framework:

    PowerShell scripting for automation of repetitive tasks and Git/GitHub for source control of automation scripts and workflows.
  • Observability & Analytics:

    Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Monitor, log management, telemetry-driven decision making.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure:

    Core understanding of cloud platforms (Azure required, AWS/GCP advantageous), hybrid connectivity patterns, virtual desktop infrastructure (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
  • Service Management & Tooling:

    Understanding on ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), incident/change/problem management processes.
