Manager – Index Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Index Governance & Compliance:
Develop policies, ensure compliance with SEBI and IOSCO standards, and manage documentation.
Operational Oversight:
Validate price feeds, manage index calculations, and oversee rebalancing and corporate actions.
Methodology Management:
Support the development of new index methodologies and review existing ones.
Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with SEBI, data vendors, and market participants; manage queries.
Technology & Systems Management:
Ensure reliability of index calculation and dissemination systems.
Risk & Audit:
Lead internal audits, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
