Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

Own & grow the P&L of the region with complete responsibility for sales, account management, operations, and supply chain.
Acquire relevant enterprise customers, nurture relationships, and convert them into consistent key accounts.
Strategize entry into industrial segments and enable technology-led procurement.
Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to achieve accelerated business growth.
Ensure account stabilization and long-term growth.

Key Stakeholders

Internal:
City Heads & Supply Leaders (business alignment), Finance, Technology & HR (vendor, customer, and team management).
External:
Enterprise customers (hunting & account development).

Qualification & Work Experience

59 years of experience in P&L management / Enterprise sales in B2B / Industrial sector.
Prior exposure to consultative enterprise sales preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and people management skills.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
High ownership mindset and ability to build from scratch.
Passion for hunting, driving aggressive sales targets, and scaling business.

Education

B.Tech & MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Essential).
