Drive plant maintenance activities complying BP standardsAdhering and implementing safety and quality standards of the plantDrive capex projects for the site.Planning and Ensures completing preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, calibration andstatutory inspections as per plan.Maintaining equipment data / history card, tracking down the breakdowns, conducting root causeanalysis for major breakdowns and taking corrective / preventive actionsConducting weekly/ Daily planning meetings to comply safety requirementsEnsures 100% timely compliance to legal requirements/ inspectionsWork with other departments in the plant to ensure smooth working of the plant.Ensure the asset integrity is maintained to meet the deliveries on time and up-keeping the equipment tohave reliable and consistent performanceProvide technical support for both internal and external groupProviding utility resources such as power, water, compressed air and supporting the operationsImplement new and improved ideas for better performance of plant equipmentInvolvement in Lakshay Program and driving it at department levelMaintenance of static and rotating equipment like blenders, pumps, utility equipment, tanks, filling linemachines, SCADA system, process instrumentation, tank level control systems, pigging controls andinstrumentation and safety critical equipments etc as per planWorking collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other
