Job Description

With the increase in the volume of Retail and Food Court facilities in the Refurb portfolio, there is a need for a dedicated Retail Refurbishment professional with experience in Restaurants and F&B outlets. The role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of Retail, Food Court, and Refurbishment projects within approved budgets and timelines, supported by strong understanding of F&B requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of refurbishment projects within the approved Capex budget.
Undertake design review, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Track and ensure compliance obligations at the project level.
Coordinate between project teams and various audit teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
Coordinate between project teams and banking agencies, as required.
Coordinate HSE central audits for Capex projects, as applicable.
Study, compare, and prepare summaries on building designs and specifications.
Generate and maintain various MIS reports.
Track approvals related to Capex project works.
Reconcile budgets and actual costs incurred in SAP.
Check and certify claims, bills, and payments in line with contractual terms.
Collate Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for Capex projects.
Follow up on project payments and maintain accurate tracking.
Support Leasing and Operations teams with respect to Capex works.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts, Compliance, Procurement, and Tax teams.
Handover completed projects to Operations and Tenant teams.

Educational Qualification & Experience

B.Tech / B.Arch Graduate.
Minimum 810 years of relevant experience in project management, planning, and execution.
Experience with refurbishment projects, contract management, resource planning, vendor management, risk, and cost management.

Technical & Project Management Skills

Strong project management capabilities.
Working knowledge of project management and design software such as AutoCAD, MSP, MS Office, and SAP.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

Strong knowledge of building construction and refurbishment projects.
Ability to deliver outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.
Capability to build and strengthen partnerships through effective engagement, negotiation, and collaboration.
In-depth understanding of commercial property developments and building engineering management.
Ability to manage occupier relationships and engage technically with internal teams and external partners.
Awareness of industry best practices and latest trends.
Sound understanding of commercial, legal, and regulatory aspects.
