As an Enterprise Corporate Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in our strategy to establish and expand our presence within the country's largest accounts. The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) division concentrates on high-volume transactions below a certain threshold across all product lines. Role Description: - Extensive experience in technology sales management, with a proven track record of success in an enterprise software setting - Demonstrated history of effectively recruiting, training, and nurturing Account Executives - Proficiency in coaching and talent management - Consistent achievement of sales quotas in the technology sector, both as an individual contributor and a manager - Recent experience in managing and finalizing transactional sales within large enterprises - Ability to thrive in a complex organizational structure - Knowledgeable in budgeting and forecasting - Strong grasp of the industry landscape, capable of articulating value propositions and sales methodologies, and guiding Account Executives to convey the same message - History of exceeding sales quotas (ranking in the top 10-20% of the company) in previous roles - Strong references from customers and previous managers Who You Are: - Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and revenue goals (ranking in the top 10-20% of the company in previous positions) - Proven experience in managing high-volume transactional businesses - Preference for experience in selling business applications - History of recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent - Ability to lead a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and its execution - Strong analytical and operational skills - Proficiency in Salesforces applications and understanding of their value proposition Key Outcomes: - Meet year-on-year growth targets for the Industry Business Unit within the ECS Business - Establish Salesforce as the primary platform for transformation and customer success, delivering exceptional results for clients - Cultivate a top-tier Sales organization that attracts industry-leading talent - Increase customer revenues, penetrate new core markets, ensure high retention and expansion within Enterprise accounts, and drive exceptional customer success For all sales teams, we seek individuals with the following attributes: - Experience in consultative selling - Strong prospecting skills - Ability to articulate ROI - Proficiency in objection handling - Coachability - Sound business acumen - Skills in planning and closing deals - Effective communication abilities - Collaborative and influential in a team environment - Driven by a desire to achieve results,
