As an Enterprise Corporate Sales Leader, you will be a crucial part of the company's strategy to establish and expand its presence in the country's largest accounts. Your role will involve coaching and developing sales talent while focusing on transactional growth. **Role Overview:** You should have considerable experience in technology sales management, with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise software environment. Your responsibilities will include effective hiring, training, and developing Account Executives, as well as coaching and talent management. It is essential to have experience managing and closing transactional sales-cycles within large enterprise accounts. Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and key industry insights is a must. Your success will be measured by your ability to over-achieve quota, demonstrate strong customer references, and work effectively within a highly matrixed organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Considerable experience in technology sales management - History of effective hiring, training & developing Account Executives - Coaching experience and talent management capabilities - Recent experience managing and closing transactional sales-cycles within large enterprise accounts - Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, and forecasting - Ability to articulate the value proposition and sales methodology effectively - Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions - Strong customer and previous management reference **Qualifications Required:** - Track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals - Proven track record of management experience in volume-based transactional business - Experience selling business applications preferred - Track record of hiring, coaching and developing sales talent - Strong operational and analytical abilities - Strong knowledge of Salesforces applications and value proposition The company's goal is to achieve year-on-year growth expectations for your Industry Business Unit within the ECS Business, position Salesforce as the key platform for transformation and customer success, build a first-class Sales organization attracting top talent, and grow customer revenues while ensuring high retention and expansion within ENTR accounts.
