Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager - Digital Marketing at Nautical51 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Manager - Digital Marketing will lead the company’s digital marketing efforts by developing and executing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and optimizing website content. Responsibilities include crafting email marketing strategies, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing paid media campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand presence and support B2B partnerships.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing, Paid Media Campaigns, and Website Optimization skills
• Experience in Social Media Management and crafting Email Marketing Campaigns
• Strong command of Content Strategy, SEO, and Analytics tools
• Knowledge of branding and B2B marketing strategies
• Proven ability to analyze data and evaluate campaign performance metrics
• Effective communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
