Digital Manager - Client Servicing

Job Summary:

Digital Manager Client Servicing

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital media, campaign management, and brand strategy within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, brand positioning, and communication goals.
  • Plan, manage, and execute 360 digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.

  • Online Reputation Management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign proposals, strategies, and budgets aligned with client expectations and agency standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring consistent service quality and proactive communication.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education : Masters/

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    6- 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management within an agency environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Linkedin Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM/project management software(Loco Buzz,Meltwater,Semrush)
  • Professional Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of digital media, content strategy, and performance marketing.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
    • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities.
    • High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
