Job Description

  • Lead paid social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management - planning, execution, optimization and reporting with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Own and drive performance marketing strategy across channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc) with a sharp focus on driving website sales through efficient traffic acquisition and conversion optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on 3rd-party e-commerce platforms to directly boost product sales and category share.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance across owned and partner platforms, reallocating budgets to maximize revenue impact.
  • Manage performance marketing and social media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Manage performance creatives (static, video and other formats)- briefing, reviewing, and collaborating with internal/external creative teams/ agency to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and media spends.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to recommend innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives & deliver campaigns on time and with high impact.

Education

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media management or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of proven experience in digital media planning, social media marketing and performance marketing preferably in high-growth consumer brands.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, Amazon Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy for performance campaigns and ability to evaluate creatives through a performance lens.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth and ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment
