Job Description:

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute the organization’s digital strategy across performance marketing, content, analytics, and brand visibility. The role involves planning and implementing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales.
  • Maintain and update e-commerce websites and manage sales on various online platforms.
  • Handle all customer communications, including calls, emails, and messages.
  • Proactively approach potential customers through cold calling to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Develop advertising strategies and creative content for social media and e-commerce platforms to attract customers.
  • Maintain and update sales records, monitor sales performance, and report on key metrics.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Attend customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage backend operations, including order processing, tracking, and sales coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in digital and social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce sales and customer communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.
  • Experience in advertising and creating marketing content.
  • Proficient in maintaining sales data and conducting market research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,172.42 - ₹44,616.70 per month
