Job Description

We are seeking a digital marketing professional to drive investor acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns, personalized communication, and seamless digital experiences. This role is pivotal in driving investor awareness, increasing transaction volumes, and enhancing experiences for both customers and distributors through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Digital Acquisition & Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, and other performance marketing campaigns targeting defined investor segments.
  • Drive conversion optimization to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies in real time.
Data-Driven Engagement & Retention:
  • Utilize Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Business Intelligence (BI) models to deliver personalized email campaigns, notifications, and recommendations.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing programs to engage investors and distributors meaningfully, increasing frequency and value of transactions.
Digital Platform Management & Transformation:
  • Oversee website, landing pages, GA, and analytics dashboards for insights and usability improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to simplify investor journeys, enhance platform intuitiveness, and reduce friction in transactions.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve experience, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Agency partners, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to integrate digital marketing insights into platform enhancements.
  • Provide performance dashboards to leadership to demonstrate impact on investor acquisition, engagement, and transactions.
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
  • Shape the digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand goals, investor behaviour trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture to drive innovation across channels and platforms.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and regulatory changes impacting digital marketing in BFSI
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
  • Postgraduate degree in Management is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within asset management or the broader BFSI sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to bridge storytelling, technology, and campaign logic - combining content, code, and customer insights.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in mutual fund marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Experience with CDPs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform) &CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with GA4, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Analytics tools and campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360).
  • NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is mandatory.
