Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (B2C) for a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships by providing tailored travel solutions, overseeing lead generation processes, and converting leads into successful sales. Daily tasks include maintaining high customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, managing accounts, and working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop strategic travel packages and expand business reach.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a strong ability to identify, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management, ensuring strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Strong Sales skills, with an aptitude for achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing client-focused travel solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, with a results-driven and proactive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry, especially B2C operations, is an advantage.
