Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for proposal negotiation and closure, contract management, account planning and review, account mining, and market development. Your main goal will be to articulate business value, win deals, ensure quick closure of contracts with acceptable risk levels, develop account plans, grow accounts, and increase revenue outside the account. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and facilitate proposal coaching sessions between client and pursuit teams technical/domain experts - Drive client consensus or neutralize opponents, articulate business value, and drive pricing to win deals at the right premium - Facilitate discussions for the commercial manager point of escalation if needed to ensure quick closure of contracts with acceptable risk levels - Develop account plans in conjunction with other stakeholders, communicate and execute as per the plan, and conduct periodic reviews with higher management to grow in the account - Persuade clients to provide industry-wide references to support revenue growth outside the account and increase ROI on events - Provide client introductions, customer context, etc., to support the HBU G/EMs efforts in his/her account to open diverse service-lines in the account - Navigate the account to identify various deals to increase Infosys revenue and HBU mix and improve market share - Form pursuit teams across Bus/external partners if needed, position client-facing team with clients, explain client context, coach pursuit teams, suggest win price, and drive consensus among various Bus based on competitive intelligence, future potential, and positioning with clients - Clarify client expectations, collect ground-level intelligence on client drivers and competitor moves, set expectations, and ratify solutions with clients to demonstrate business value and maintain Infosys price premium Qualifications Required: - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to drive consensus and articulate business value - Experience in contract management and account planning - Knowledge of market development and account mining strategies - Proven track record in proposal development and closing deals - Ability to navigate accounts and identify opportunities for revenue growth Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are present in the JD.,
