Job Description

Role Overview: As a Proposal and Contracting Specialist at Infosys, your primary responsibility will be to drive proposal negotiation and closure with external clients. You will facilitate proposal coaching sessions between the client and pursuit teams, ensuring the articulation of business value and driving pricing to win deals at the right premium. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in contracting and MSA discussions to ensure quick closure of contracts with an acceptable level of risk to Infosys. Account planning and review will also be a key aspect of your role, including developing account plans, relationship maps, and conducting periodic reviews with higher management to grow accounts as per plan. Your contribution to account mining and market development by persuading clients for industry-wide references, customer prospecting, opportunity identification, and proposal development will be vital for revenue growth and market share improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and facilitate proposal coaching sessions between client and pursuit teams - Drive pricing strategies to articulate business value and win deals at the right premium - Facilitate contracting and MSA discussions for quick closure of contracts with acceptable risk level - Develop account plans, relationship maps, and conduct periodic reviews with higher management - Persuade clients for industry-wide references and support revenue growth outside the account - Provide client introductions, customer context to open diverse service lines in the account - Identify varied deals in the account to increase Infosys revenue and market share - Form pursuit teams, position client-facing team, suggest win price, and drive consensus on pricing - Clarify client expectations, collect ground-level intelligence, and ratify solutions with the client Qualifications Required: - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Experience in proposal development and contracting - Ability to develop and execute account plans - Understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities - Team player with the capability to work across different business units and external partners (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
