India and MECCA region for Commercial ContractingGlobal scope for Procurement ContractingCross-functional legal support and strategic initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting/Negotiation/ManagementProvide legal support for procurement contracts, RFPs, and commercial agreementsDraft, review, and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts with minimal supervisionProvide legal interpretation and preliminary dispute support before litigation handoverStakeholder EngagementAct as primary legal contact for Commercial and Procurement teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closuresCommunicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStrategic Legal SupportAdvice on contract structuring for new products and servicesSupport business growth through innovative legal solutionsGuide business teams on company processes and legal strategyPolicy & Process DevelopmentAssist in developing and implementing legal policies and templatesSpearhead documentation and contracting process improvementsMaintain standard agreements and service schedulesTraining & Knowledge SharingConduct legal training for business and sales teamsCreate and update best practice documentation and templatesSpecialized Legal SupportHandle complex transactions (e.g., joint provisioning, voice outsourcing)Support HR, lease agreements, and intellectual property mattersNegotiate data processing agreements and manage external counselsRisk & ComplianceProactively manage legal risks and ensure regulatory complianceMonitor and update internal systems in line with evolving regulationsInterface with other legal teams (compliance, regulatory, litigation)

Skills & Qualifications

EducationLLB (or equivalent) with Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction

Experience

8–10 years post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and contract lawExposure to domestic and international legal environments

Experience In Telecommunications Or Technology Sectors Preferred
