Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Institutional Sales (Corporate Office, Hotels, Airlines, Hospitals)

Responsible for New Business Development from Hotels and Institutional sales
Dealer and Distributor Appointment and management for PAN India Location
Taking lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage accounts that can involve sales

and business development components.

New product Development for pharma Gifting division to boost up the sales
Stock Valuation and planning for distributor monthly and quarterly basis for smooth delivery region wise.
Responsible for on time Payment realisation and outstanding follow up
Making decisions and actively involved in company growth strategy for Marketing and new product development.
Closely working with Group Properties Heads for new business addition
Developing and executing annual sales strategy for Corporate and Institutional sales.
Managing and leading the HORECA sales team of the company, Managing the Horeca channel in Chennai area for better product reach and penetration, Chasing a monthly target to get new business from existing as well as new clients.
Managing customer relationship, negotiating price, packaging, different/customized offering, contract terms and preparing proposals, agreements in coordination with the internal stakeholders.
Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with key clients, building and managing relations with clients and partners for establishing large volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.
